Cabela's To Open Wichita Store In March

Cabela’s will officially open its Wichita, store Wednesday, March 14. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for 10:45 a.m., with doors opening for business at 11 a.m.

Opening day will be part of a weekend-long celebration featuring outdoor celebrities, special guests, giveaways and more.

“We are eager to give our loyal customers in Wichita and the surrounding area a remarkable retail experience,” said Cabela’s Chief Executive Officer Tommy Millner. ”

The store is located in the Regency Lakes Shopping Center at 21st Street and Greenwich Road, and is Cabela’s second retail store in Kansas, joining the Kansas City location.

Store hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.
