Fans who couldn't make the trip to see Butler Community College play in the NJCAA National Championship game still got to experience a game day atmosphere.

The BG Products Veterans Sports Complex in El Dorado opened it's gates and streamed the game live on it's scoreboard.

Even though Grizzlies fans didn't get the win they hoped for, fans told us they were still proud of their team and their coach.

"I love Butler Community College and these guys that they have now are the best they've had. And the best coach,” Butler fan said Melvin Lane said.

"Coach Murrell and the team have had a great year it's a shame to go out this year but they made it to the final game which they have for many years and they've won may of them,” Butler fan Shane Krause said.

Iowa Western defeated the Grizzlies 27 to 7. This was the tenth NJCAA National Championship appearance for Butler.
