A Beloit man has died after a rollover crash north of Salina.
Crews were called to the scene on U.S. Highway 81 around 2:30 a.m. Friday.
The Salina Journal reports James Nick, 41, was driving north when he lost control of his pickup and left the road. The truck veered back across the center line before entering the right ditch, and rolled once.
Nick was thrown from the vehicle. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died.
Sheriff Glen Kochanowski, Saline County, said it appears alcohol played a factor in the crash.
