WICHITA, Kan. — Accidents led to problems on eastbound Kellogg Wednesday morning, while spilled concrete rubble closed the westbound lanes.

At least three crashes were reported shortly before 8 a.m. Wednesday on eastbound Kellogg near I-235 and east to Southwest Boulevard.

One person suffered minor injuries, but traffic was backed up past Dugan for more than an hour. Eastbound traffic is moving normally again.

Around 8:30, westbound Kellogg was shut down at I-135 after a dump truck spilled a large number of rocks and concrete rubble in all three lanes. Some drivers have already reported flat tires.
