A Wichita man has been arrested for abusing his young son.
Officers were called to the 800 block of West Mentor last night. The 22-year-old father told officers something was wrong with his 6-month-old son.
The boy was taken to a local hospital where doctors determined he had a broken leg. The father was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery.
