Heavy Snow Ends & Winds Calm Sunday Morning
More than half a foot already for some places just east of Wichita. 3 inches so far for West Wichita and many locations in South Central Kansas. Gusty winds to 40mph causing blowing snow.

Snowfall continues as of 4pm on Saturday on the eastside of Wichita and east of the turnpike. Additional accumulations are expected through the evening there. Many places have already received 3 to 6 inches of snow. Unfortunately, the winds will continue to gust to 40mph through the evening, before slacking off overnight.
