Police announce this morning that they have turned over a suspicious package to the FBI. There is some belief that the package could possibly be from BTK. This comes days after the package was left at the downtown branch of the Wichita Public Library.
If BTK left the package at the library over the weekend, as many have speculated, it would be the second time he's done so. The first was on Oct. 22, 1974.
There has been three other letters this year alone which police have confirmed to be from BTK. The first arrived at the Wichita Eagle in Mar. Then in May, a second letter arrived at the KAKE Studios. And in June, police confirmed it had received a letter from BTK.
