WPD Conduct LiDAR Traffic Enforcement Operation

The Wichita Police Department conducted a LiDAR traffic enforcement operation this morning on East Kellogg just west of Hillside.

During the operation, which ran from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., officers issued 28 traffic citations. The top speed recorded during the operation was 82 miles per hour.

Officers will return to East Kellogg east of Rock Road for another traffic enforcement operation this afternoon.
