A Hutchinson man is under arrest after he was found with two loaded handguns in a Reno County Courtroom this morning.
Sheriff's deputies arrested Roberto Rincon, 29, for criminal use of a firearm.
The Reno County Sheriff said Rincon was appearing in front of Judge Tim Chambers in a paternity hearing. Judge Chambers called deputies after he noticed Rincon was becoming agitated during the hearing. Deputies took Rincon into custody and found him carrying two loaded handguns. Rincon is also being held for contempt of court.
Security at the Reno County Courthouse has been under scrutiny since last November, when an attorney showed a dummy grenade inside a courtroom.
