A second person has been charged in the 2008 killing of an Osborne County man.

The Attorney General's office has charged Delbert McBroom of Salina with murder, conspiracy and aggravated burglary in connection with the death of Jeffrey Scott Noel.

Noel was killed with his own gun during a March 2008 burglary at
his home. His cell phone and $50 were stolen.

Last year, Kenneth Eugene Wilson was convicted in Noel's murder
and sentenced to 50 years in prison with no chance of parole.

McBroom is scheduled to make his first court appearance March 11
in Osborne County.
