An Anthony man is dead after a crash in Harper County.
The crash happened just before 9:00 Tuesday night when 41-year-old Stephen Norman was driving northbound on K-2 northwest of Garfield.
Norman's vehicle swerved at another unknown vehicle and then lost control and over-turned.
According the the Kansas Highway Patrol, Norman was not wearing his seat belt.
