A criminal case previously filed against the
state's best-known abortion provider was based partly on incorrect
or incomplete information.

A spokeswoman for Kansas Attorney General Paul Morrison said 15
of 30 charges that the previous attorney general filed against
Doctor George Tiller were flawed.

She said that in eleven cases, Morrison's predecessor Phill
Kline did not include information that he had that was favorable to
Tiller.

Dr. Tiller's attorneys say they are unaware of the ruling. KAKE News will have more on this story later today.

RE: Tiller/Morrison article Paul Morrison was bought by Mr. Tiller during his campaign for Atty. Gen. Tiller's slick campaign ads ruined Phil Kline, who was pursuing action against mr. Tiller because late term abourtion in Kansas has to have a legitimate reason to be conducted. The people of KLansas will never admit that they were sold a bill of goods so they continue to support Morisson, but his high handed tactics against those who would oppose his actions or would attempt to prosecute mr. Tiller are the earmarks of an Atty. Gen. that is beligerent of the law that he is sworn to uphold. He is a thug, pure and simple.

By this firm use of logic, next time I have a speeding ticket I'll merely explain to the judge, "But Judge, I may have broken the law, but let's not forget all the favorable things I do...".
