Andover Resident Wins Big For Second Time Playing Lottery
Andover resident Jeremy Davis won $6,000 playing a $1 Sweet 6s scratch ticket Saturday. In 2008, he won a $20,000 prize playing a $2 Bonus Crossword instant scratch ticket.

Jeremy Davis was glad he listened to his instincts Saturday evening. The Andover resident had a feeling he was going to win big, so he purchased a $1 Sweet 6s instant scratch ticket, winning a $6,000 top prize playing the game.
"My wife Marcy had bought a Sweet 6s ticket earlier that day and won $1," said Davis. "I had a feeling there could be a big winner in that game, so I went back to the store and bought one. When I won $6,000 on that ticket, I thought there's no way this could be true."
After returning home, Davis shared the good news with his wife and three
children.
"I couldn't believe it when he showed me the ticket," said Marcy. "The kids are already making out their Christmas lists."
Winning a top prize is nothing new for Davis. In January of 2008, he won a $20,000 top prize playing a $2 Bonus Crossword instant scratch ticket.
"I've had good luck," said Davis. "Hopefully my luck won't run out anytime soon."
Davis plans to save part of his winnings for Christmas gifts and pay bills with the rest.
The winning ticket was purchased at Presto 16, located at 2035 N. Andover Rd. in Andover.
