Western Kansas Man Killed In Single-Car Accident
Shortly after 5:30 Tuesday night, a man traveling southbound on Rooks County Road 2 was killed after losing control of his vehicle.

Shortly after 5:30 Tuesday night, a man traveling southbound on Rooks County Road 2 lost control of the Ford F-350 he was driving. The pickup left the roadway and went into the east ditch before returning to the road and entering the west ditch. The pickup ended up in a field before rolling, ejecting the driver.

The driver has been identified as 63-year-old Everett John McKenna of Palco, Kansas.

According to police reports, he was not wearing his seat belt.
