City Leaders Begin Design Of Kellogg & Webb Freeway
Traffic is moving a little more smoothly now that construction at Kellogg and Rock is nearly complete, but don't get used to it. City leaders are planning a new overpass to continue the highway until it reaches Andover.

They should plan something new for 235 and West Kellogg! That is what is needed!

I think it's great that the city is willing to upgrade and repair our roads here.
