Two Men Injured When Car Hits Disabled Vehicle
Two Kansas men are in a Wichita hospital after their car struck a disabled vehicle that was in the roadway, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.

Two Kansas men are in a Wichita hospital after their car struck a disabled vehicle that was in the roadway, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.

The accident happened near Manhattan about 3:45 am Sunday.

Jonathan C. Dulaney, 40, of Dwight is in serious condition and Juan Antonio Apodaca, 41, of Ft. Riley is in fair condition. Both men were taken to Via Christi-St. Francis in Wichita.

KHP officers say Apodaca was driving and Dulaney was a passenger in a Ford Crown Victoria traveling southbound on K177 when just south of I-70 their vehicle struck an unoccupied disabled vehicle that was in the roadway.

The disabled vehicle was a 1998 Ford pickup.
