A filing with the Kansas Department of Commerce indicates that 300 Hawker Beechcraft Corp. workers lost their jobs in Friday's most recent round of layoffs.
The filing was a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification notice.
The Wichita-based aircraft maker announced last week there would be layoffs on Friday, but subsequently declined to say how many.
Including the latest round of layoffs, Hawker has cut about 3,100 workers since November.
Employees were also notified last week that the company would be suspending its matching share of the 401(k) program through 2010 and that employee health care premiums would be increasing.
