On June 28th, Clifford and Helen Ferch were inside their home on the 8000 block of East Kellogg when three teenagers struck 90 year old Clifford Ferch in the head forcing their way inside.

The teens stole cash, keys, prescription medications, cut the Ferch's phone lines and left in the Ferch's 2000 Chevy car.

The couple as well as area neighbors were frightened by the violent attack, but now, thanks to recent police developments, they're able to rest a little easier.

Police have all three teenage suspects behind bars.

About one week after the robbery, police got a break in the case. Sheriff Deputies in Ashland, KS located the stolen car. Wichita police sent detectives out to the area. They found evidence inside, which led to two arrests. The third suspect was found and arrested here in Wichita.

Most of the stolen items were recovered and returned to the Ferch's, including their vehicle.

A preliminary hearing is set for tomorrow in Sedgwick County court.
