A pair of traffic accidents left four people
dead in southeast and south-central Kansas over the weekend.

On Saturday, two Parsons residents were killed when a vehicle
went off U-S 160 and rolled into a ditch in Labette County. The
sheriff's department identifies the victims as 30-year-old Robert
Jones and 43-year-old Janet Hon.

And yesterday, a husband and wife from Derby were fatally
injured when they were thrown from their motorcycle in Cowley
County. The highway patrol says Michael and Sarah Humbolt were
struck by an oncoming car.
