Power Restored In Moundrige

Power was restored in Moundridge shortly before midnight.

Crews are busy today, trying to restore electricity to the town of Moundridge. A storm Tuesday evening knocked down more than 20 utility poles.
Crews are working in an area four miles north of Moundridge. It will take most of the day to restore power.
Moridge Manufacturing will be closed for first and second shifts Wednesday, due to a power outage from the storms.
There are no shelters open in the town of 1,700 because so many homes and businesses are operating on generators.
