you know you never think that the childs grandma yes GRANDMA would let something happen to your baby. Well if the baby is at the next door neighbors house for their morning chat(like everyother day) you think that they can handle it. Well i am here to say this is not anyones fault. I as the mother know that no one meant to run my baby boy over, but it happened and we move on from here. My house is not a daycare. my mom comes over to help me with the kids while I am at work and she is sick now over this. if I can say anything it is please walk around your car so that you as a person does not have to go through what my family and I had to go through.
Let's not blame just the babysitter. The driver should have walked around the back of the vehicle before getting in. This would have avoided the entire situation. And yes, to all that are going to lash out at me, I practice the same. This falls on the driver more than anyone.
i bet the babysitter was on here commenting like a cindy
KAKE why wont you post the comment about it probably being at cindy's day care
Where was the babysitter? She should have a fenced in back yard if she is going to be responsible for the lives of children. All those riding toys around the truck is an invitation for more tragic accidents.
This happened at the boys home. The baby sitter told the kids to come inside when she had to go to the bathroom, his older brother said the young child was right behind him... he wasn't. When the adult went to leave the child was to little to be seen in the mirrors. He is doing EXCELLENT. This baby DEFINITELY has a guardian angel!
LB... Don't be such a smart aleck...I read the article earlier and didn't see a video, and the article didn't mention a daycare at all...excuse me for wanting to be able to read the info. instead of just passively watch it...
Bless his little heart. But I remember being 'rubbery' when I was little...and a tough little critter to boot. Ran into a glass back door...fell out of trees, etc. I held my breath all day hoping this kidling would pull through...thank goodness he's alright~let's hear it for the boy!
Talk about lucky...this little boy has someone watching out for him!
'Child Backed Over By Car At Daycare' i assumed it was a daycare because of the title of the article? Perhaps asking the reporter would clarify for you?
The first report said it was at a home based daycare. The new video says "Child Backed Over By Car At Daycare". You are reading the updated version of the story, which cut some facts out from earlier. When will innocent children be safe, and when will adults be more responsible? I am not pointing fingers, I am just stating that if the adults had paid more attention, the boy would not have been hurt. I do not have children of my own yet, but I do have children in my family, and in my neighborhood, and too many adults leave young children unattended. I am glad the boy is not more seriously hurt.
how do you know it was a day care. Parents just let their kids go outside and dont monitor them. People are in to much of a hurry now a days and some parents just dont care and let there kids run all over.
Where do you all see the information about a daycare?
oh no. And agreed..why one earth would children at a daycare be in the front yard. That age is toooo young. Hopefully he will recover completely.
do not let your kids play in the front yard--period
