Roeder Sending Anti-Abortion Mailings From Jail
A man charged with shooting a Wichita abortion provider has been sending mailings from his jail cell that claim such killings are justifiable.

Why isn't Roeder being sent to Guantanamo? He is clearly a danger to the American public, and is making threats that are covered by Homeland Security's DEFINITION of terrorism. Many people who were later found to have had nothing to do with any threat to the American public have been much more severely controlled than this guy! I think it is time for stronger action, to send a message to anyone who might follow his example.

Nope, only incoming mail is checked. Out going mail is not. I am curious to how he is making these pamphlets from jail. What did they provide him with a computer and printer to do this? He is just a an idiot, and the more the media reports every little move he makes in the jail the more he is going to run with it. Who is he mailing these to? What is he going through the phone book and mailing to random people?

I'm not positive, but I believe the incoming inmate mail is opened, but outgoing mail is not looked at.
Why is this idiot being allowed to continue his terrorist acts from within the Sedgwick County Jail? I thought all prisoner mail was read and censored before allowing it to be mailed.
