Kay County Detention is a joke, I wonder if the fire exits are still welded shut, only in Oklahoma is that possible. How on earth do 4 inmates get out of a window, oh wait I forgot what facility were talking about. At this rate Kansas might as well start charging Kay County to house their inmates as I'm sure they came north before alledgedly heading for Joplin. Go to you tube and type in KAY COUNTY OK it will show footage from the jail riot in Oct. of 2007 just watch the confusion, no one in command, detention staff unable to unlock doors, if memory serves me correctly the riot was not put down by for. I believe it ended by the inmates going to sleep waiting for the entry teams to cooridinate, it is pathetic if you watch it then youll understand why they had 4 inmates climb out a window undetected

Sick! What are they are in jail for in the first place? Drugs? Incest? Rape? Murder?
What is the problem with the Kay county jail? Isn't this the 3rd time in a year that they've had a jail break??
On the Newkirk website, it says their intended direction is Joplin, Missouri.
Let Trooper T take care of it, he's the best out there.... HAhaHAha :)
