what's really sad is it took forever for the ambulance to get there, and the sheriff deputy who showed up first on scene wouldn't get out of his car in the rain. It was people who stopped to help that were with the man who died, and then those people who stopped were treated like dirt and not even offered a ride home by police.

The driver was Jason Schulz. Age is 35. His Dad is James. Jason was wearing his seatbelt. That is what saved him. He has the seatbelt bruises to prove it. (Editors note: Apologies for the typo. It has been corrected.)
