Winslow is not alone, 21% of the people questioned in the KAKE scientific poll said personal character was important in deciding which candidate to vote for in the upcoming governor's race.
The number one reason people said they would vote for a certain candidate is where they stand on specific issues.
Taxes and government spending topped the issue list with 31% of the vote.
Education and school issues were second with 25%.
