good...... guy got what he wanted and officers got some target practice
Don't tell me these officers are going to get punished for this!!! I'm sorry but if someone in that kind of situation is dumb enought to point a gun even if it is fake but very real looking has no excuse for getting shot. These men and women put there lives on the line every day and I'm sorry but if someone is dumb enough to point a gun at them wow! It's not like they had five mins to examine the gun to see if it were real or not they went on gut feeling to protect themselves. I would rather hear about a dead fool who pointed a fake gun at police than some guy shooting police because they didnt react fast enough.
the old west gunslingers would be proud, shoot forst, shoot to kill.
If you point anything that resembles a real gun at me, I will defend myself. If it turns out to be plastic, thats your problem.
5 shots were thet trigger happy. There is no reason to shoot someone that many times to get control on the situation, were thay no concerned about the innocent neighbors??
Perfect example of legal and justified use of deadly force by police.
Plastic gun or not, he should not have even attempted to be tough. Law enforcement did their job to protect themselves. They aren't mind readers.
