The Kingman County Sheriff's Office reports that Michael L. Winter Jr. has been missing since Thursday evening.
Winter was last seen at his residence in Penalosa, Kansas at around 7:00 p.m. Thursday.
Officials searched for Winter on foot and by aircraft.
It is believed that Winter has no means of transportation.
He is described as a white male, about 5'9 and 155 pounds. He has short brown hair and brown eyes.
