Shelly is correct. Any legal abortion can not be preformed past 26 weeks.If it were a perfect world we wouldn`t need abortions, but things do go wrong sometimes.
Shelly, you are misinformed. I know it is difficult to believe that abortionists would perform an abortion past 26 weeks but it has happend. I do not condone the execution of George Tiller or any other person who works in the abortion industry. Many of the adoption agencies, pregnancy crisis centers, shelters, etc were opened by pro-lifers.
This guy deserves no phone privledges to speak to the media or anything else. What he does deserve is to die the same way he killed Dr. Tiller.
Why is this even being reported? why does KAKE find it necessary to give a murderer this kind of attention? Good grief.....

I am not against abortion but do think that the time at which one can be performed should not be 26 weeks maybe 10 to 15 weeks. The most part of these women having the abortions are irresponsiable any way. When abortion is illegal we will just have more babies killed at the hands of their irresponsible parents. I agree with Anonymous at 9:35 that the adoption process is very long and hard i have adopted one child and everyday you worry they are going to not let you keep the child and this goes on for about a year and it is very costly. Adoption of these children should be a lot faster and easier there is no reason it should take as long as it does.
Anonomous, theres a route for your group to take, try to get the state to streamline the adoption process, that would be a nonviolent way to decrease abortions.
Hey Shelly from Liberty: we are prolife and we did adopt 2 children, same mother, different men. Now I have one with ADD and autism. The other one has physical problems. Please don't shake your finger and say that you don't see prolifers running out and adopting these kids. The adoption route is very long and intense. Please look into what goes into becoming a foster and/or adoptive parent before you speak again!

Of course there will be more violence, and i can guarantee that it will continue even if abortion becomes illegal as the pro-lifers will continue to wage their war on abortion. They will never be happy. Abortion will not go away because you kill the doctors who perform them. Women will continue to get and need access to abortions for as long as there is the human race. I am sick and tired of hearing that Dr. Tiller performed abortions up until the due date. WRONG!!! he did not perform abortions after 26 weeks and 4 days. Get your facts straight. Fetuses are viable at 24 weeks but must have medical intervention and a majority of them have so many medical problems they will never have full, functional lives. I don't see you running out and adopting or doing foster care for all these babies that you save that are not wanted. Try doing something about all the children who are raped, and beaten to death. I don't see you protesting that.
I am very strongly Pro-Life and I have to say that this man and what he says he stands for is at the very least a major hypocrite. He says he is Pro-Life? His very actions say something much different.
