You say several neighbors saw him several times? The truth is it was 1 neighbor and her kids going outside for a month straight with a camera pointed at his window to get him in trouble. It sounds like to me she just has issues with him. Someone should have turned her kids into SRS. If she kept taking them out there in the yard knowing that there was a chance they could see John naked if they looked thru the window enough. She put them in harms way. Why hasnt anyone looked at the point? It was a 5 week sting operation by a women with mental issues bringing her kids along to bring down John.

Cindi, what whole story? several neighbors saw him seveal times naked playing with himself in front of an open window. you see no problem with that? what a person does in the "privacy" of his won house is one thing, advertising through an open window is another, and not a good one at that.

And what problems do you think this man has? I am one of his sons good friends and will goto bat for him and their family about anything. He has coached me my whole life in sports and many of you get on here not knowing the whole story and try to bash someone cause you think you know something about him cause you watched a news article on him. He has been around kids his whole life in sports and never had issues. I am glad the USA has gotten a new rule, your guilty until proven innocent. Do you know John? There wont be many people out there that know him and will say a bad thing about him. I bet thats more then you can say about yourself.

Hey CINDY sorry I am sure that they thought I wrote that comment that you wrote. You know there is only one CINDY in Kansas let alone the USA. I am hardly ever on here but cause I dont always agree with everyone I am bashed...But I do think that this man has problems. Again Sorry for you receiving my bashing.

Anon: I don't know who you think you are to know anything about me but obviously you don't know a darn thing about me. I'm no daycare provider. Never have been. Who knows where you pulled that out of. Grow up would ya! By the way, what does this have to do w/ this guy that did this in the privacy of his own home?

Cindi if you think he is innocent wow i would be scared to take my kids to your day care. who knows what you would let happen. speaking of which sense you have your own day care and you dont allow young parents to bring there children, i have a question why the hell are you on here all the time? shouldnt you be watching the kids that come to your day care?

Annonymous, he was in his own home standing in front of his own window playing with himself infront of people outside. that makes it wrong.

Torn: I wasn't judging him by his looks. From what I hear he was in his OWN home on his OWN property. I just think it's alittle overboard! He wasn't hurting anyone and he was in his OWN home. I still just think it's rediculous. What's this world coming too.

None of us know the whole story yet. We are quick to judge because of these occurances happening an aweful lot in society these days. At the same time, I understand why readers are amazed that he's even being charged...because he looks sweet & innocent, lives in a nice neighborhood & had a good job. But I will say this...if you are one of those people who thinks he shouldn't be charged (and don't know him personally & are just going by his innocent looks)then really try to picture the scenerio with your own child being able to see that. Just don't be so quick to judge his innocence or guilt until the entire case has been heard & dismissed.

That's really too bad. I'm curious to find out the whole story. From what I've heard so far, I just can't beleive they charged him. So sad!

Everyone's life is worthwhile. No matter what a person may or may not have done, he/she is innocence until proving guilty. And on the other hand, the potential victims have rights too. But, we are so quick to condemn a person before he/she receives a fair trial. We must realize that everybody, no matter what they have done, is a child of God, and we must treat them as such. My book, "Born to Succeed" inform people that we all were born for greatness. However, sometimes we make bad decisions that can cause our lives hard-ship. But we must never forget that there is a God who cares.
