Young Shooting Victim Identified

A young victim of an accidental shooting has been identified.
Wilson County authorities said Tanner Kahler, 12, died as a result of Monday's shooting. Authorities said Kahler and a 14-year-old boy had just gone outside a Fredonia home when the shooting happened Monday morning. No charges will be filed.
Kahler just completed the sixth grade at Fredonia Middle School. Although school is not in session, grief counselors are available.
