Teacher Finds Creative Way To Get Students To Learn
School teachers know there's a fine line between learning in the classroom and applying it to the real world. One teacher in Lakin thinks she may have found a way to bridge that gap.

Part 2 of this story will air Wednesday, May 13 at 6:00. Just to clarify - the students are not "really" doing a makeover of Mrs. Hill's house. They are just going through the steps as if they were. That is why this project is not being done at someone else's home.

This is awesome. Though I don't know if I agree it should be done at her house, I would rather see it being done on an elderly's house that needs it, a neighborhood that needs cleaned up, or flip a house for another cause. Haysville teachers could learn alot from Mrs. Hill!! Kuddos for thinking outside the box!

I think that the next half of this will be great! When does the next half come on?
