Dee Stuart lost her bid for re-election as Park City mayor to Emil Bergquist, who she beat four years ago. Bergquist won with 44 percent of the vote. After the results were in, Stuart told KAKE News, "With the city council that was voted in tonight, I wouldn't have lasted 2 weeks."

Stuart served one term as Park City's mayor. She helped bring in the Hartman Arena and the now foreclosed Wild West World to the area. Stuart predicts with the new mayor and the newly elected city council Park City will "go back 10 years".

Stuart blames her loss on what she called a nasty, dirty campaign full of lies.

Stuart said she will now have time to play with her grandchildren and garden.
