A semi truck collided with a Burlington Northern Santa Fe train just north of Newkirk, Oklahoma early Monday morning.

It was high centered and he was trying to put boards under the tires but then the train came.

and why is this news? anything vs a train and the train is always going to win. thank god that the driver of the semi was not injured.

Ok drivers, especially you "Professional Drivers". There is absolutely no reason for a highway or street vehicle to collide with a train. Use appropriate caution when approaching railroad crossings. Even if the cross bucks are missing and the lights are missing you should use extreme caution when crossing the tracks. Most trains I have seen are really close to their tracks . . . No surprizes there. Right?
