Wichita area pole-vaulters met on Saturday to showcase their talent help raise money for the Vault for Moa Fund.
Southeast High School senior Samoa Fili was killed in a pole-vaulting accident earlier this year.
The event raised money to buy safer landing equipment for Wichita public schools to prevent such a tragedy from happening again.
Organizers hope to make the Vault for Moa fundraiser an annual event.
