28 year-old Alan Coen was killed Saturday when his vehicle flipped into a small creek near Spivey. The accident was discovered just before 1 p.m. Saturday, but state troopers say it is not known when, exactly, the accident might have happened.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says Coen appeared to be going west on Southwest 170 Street when he went off the south side of the road and overturned. The vehicle flipped at least once before landing in a small creek bed.
