Accused Murderer Surrenders
A man wanted for murder turned himself in to authorities today. Joseph Watkins surrendered at the Sedgwick County Courthouse today.
Police say Watkins shot Garrett Boyer last weekend. Boyer died an hour after being shot in the back. Investigators say the shooting followed an argument between the men.
Watkins could be charged tomorrow.
