Most Spirit Aerosystems employess in Wichita returned to their regular five-day work weeks today.
Most Spirit employees were forced to a three-day week when the Machinists Union at Boeing went on strike last September. That stopped Boeing's assembly lines, which forced Spirit to slow its work for Boeing.
Spirit spokeswoman Debbie Gann said while most are back to five-day work weeks now, all should be by the end of this month.
