Teenage Drivers Involved In Injury Crash

Cars driven by teenagers were involved in an injury accident early Thursday.
The accident happened before 7:00 a.m. at the intersection of Main and Springfield in Anthony.
The Kansas Highway Patrol said a car driven by 14-year-old Rachel Hornbeck of Bluff City, Kansas was stopped at the intersection when it was rear-ended by a car driven by 19-year-old Daquri Mortiz of Danville. Hornbeck and passenger Gayle Hornbeck were taken to Anthony Medical Center for treatment. Mortiz went to the same hospital for evaluation.
