"Baby Mangino", or eight-month-old Bode Lubbers is from Wichita. His mom, Angie Lubbers dressed him up as KU football coach Mark Mangino for Halloween and sent a picture to family members.
Before long, her son was being shown on ESPN and Deadspin.com where people voting for him in a contest over other sports figures. He is now vying for the championship against Buzz Bissinger.
"We've been watching it over the past few weeks and he was in the sweet sixteen, the elite eight, the final four and he just beat Isiah Thomas and he's in the final two," said Angie Lubbers, Bode's mom.
