I would just like to say that the gas company did not go door to door. I live in plains and no one came to my door to warn me. We didn't find out until the next morning when we got up and it was 50 degrees in our house because our furnace went out and now it won't relight and they want to charge us to come out and look at it. In fact when I called the company they told me I was lying because they had no record of any gas line repairs being done in or around plains kansas.
