When President-elect Barack Obama called the governor of Kansas this weekend, she at first didn't believe it.

Gov. Kathleen Sebelius told reporters Tuesday that Obama called her cell phone over the weekend to chat. At first she didn't believe it really was Obama until she heard his voice on the other end.

The two chatted for a few minutes, with Sebelius offering her congratulations on his victory. Sebelius says the two didn't talk about an appointment to the Obama administration.

The governor campaigned across the country for Obama leading up to the election. She was one a short list of potential vice presidential picks and is being mentioned for Obama's Cabinet.

Sebelius says she wasn't auditioning or interviewing for any positions.
