It's an exciting time for people in Goodland as a long-awaited skate park opens.
Members of the Shine on Sherman County Youth Committee worked hard at raising money to get the skate park built. The kids raised $50,000 by holding car washes and working for local community members for the park, which was built in Steever Park.
