| April 13, 2003--Amber Alert issued for a missing Oklahoma girl. The Kansas Bureau of Investigation issued an Amber Alert Tuesday afternoon after someone thought they saw Shawnda Chaney, of Stillwater, Oklahoma, near Topeka. The ten-year-old has been missing since Saturday. |  |
