Police have released the name of the victim of a deadly shooting in southwest Wichita.
24-year-old Garrett Boyer was shot outside his home early Saturday.
Witnesses say Boyer and an 18-year-old were arguing just before the shooting.
Police are still looking for the 18-year-old suspect, who was recently released from a youth detention center in Topeka.
Investigators say the two men knew each other.
