I absolutely HATE cats, but would never think to do something like this. You have to be pretty demented to pull a stunt like that.
And they have to register on the cruelty and abuse animal lists. Also Kake did a story recently- this has happened in Wichita to another cat and horse
I hope when this individual is caught the authorities will place an asterisk by his rap sheet. If they're doing this to animals, chances are they will graduated to people before too long...
Very cruel. Another reason why I keep my cats strictly indoor. Purebred or not.
Some people are so sick! How horrible, I hope they find out who's responsible for this and lock them away for good. That is not just someone who hates cats, there is no excuse for that degree of brutality. That is a serial killer in the making right there, animals first then it will progress to people if it hasn't already.
