The Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission postponed until next month a hearing on whether to revoke the licenses of three now-closed dog and horse racing tracks.

I cant believe this state! We have pari-mutual racing but yet we dont have any tracks open? Unreal and backwards.

well as a dog trainer i would love to see the parks all reopened and our community to actually be positive and supports something for once.
