Font Size:
Rain has moved into Central Kansas today, and it may not leave for awhile.
Flood watches are in place for several central Kansas counties, including Sedgwick County through Wednesday morning.
Wichita's Mid-Continent Airport recorded .38 of rain by 2:00 p.m.
The precipitation will become more widespread through the afternoon and evening. Expect it to continue Tuesday, with some areas seeing two to three inches of rain.
Some areas are still recovering from last month's record floods and run-off is possible.
