If you doubt that Wichita needs this bond issue, please go on a tour of either Heights High School or Seltzer Elementary School. Heights has so much overcrowding that many teachers don't even have a classroom - they are on a cart! For Seltzer - most elementary schools in the district have a two-three mile feeder area. Seltzer has over a 13 mile feeder area! Most of Seltzer's area was once farmland. It is now neighborhoods filled with children and families. Please find out the facts before you vote. Once you do, voting yes becomes obvious. Thank you!
