The KAKEland WeatherPlex is monitoring the possibility of flooding rain this weekend.
A month ago, many Kansans were resenting Lowell. In the next few days, they may be shaking their fists at Norbert.
Pacific Hurricane Norbert is expected to bring heavy rain to much of Kansas. Rainfall entered the state last night, and will likely arrive in Wichita in the afternoon hours and continue through Columbus Day into Tuesday.
