i belive they should give a person with a min of two dui a harsh punishment but as some people do get a wake up call after geting the first one and should not look down upon those who have just one some of us citizens do belive in change
Why change the laws? So we can have more or different ones that will not be enforced? Start enforcing the current ones, that maybe all needed to see a change.
